One of four posters created in 1981 for the 1982 launch of
the Venice Simplon route. Fix Masseau
was commissioned to design the posters for the launch of this route. He was already a popular Art Deco graphic
designer and his reputation as well as being one of the few Deco graphic artists
still able to produce work in this inimitable style.
These posters were instant classics and were reproduced for years’ after. These are first editions and are brilliant pieces of Art Deco style artwork from a master of his work. Size: Approximately 60 cms wide, 100 cms tall. Condition: These posters have some storage marks and some creases to the edges and minor foxing.
