This statue need no introduction and is yet another totally original example by the master of the Art Deco beauty- Josef Lorenzl.  unlike many of his pieces this is mounted on a fine piece of Portorro marble. This marble is all but exctinct in this quantity and quality.

She is totally original and has just wear to her silvered patina- commensurate with her age.  A similar example is illustrated in Bryan Catley's Art Deco & Other Figures book.

She has such grace and movement with all the hallmarks of Lorenzl's unique style.
