Austrian bronzes of this calibre are few and far between.  She was cast in Vienna in the late 1920s and she is in remarkable condition.  She has wonderful movement and is more than likely the work of Lorenzl of Dakon.

She has all of her wonderful original black patina intact and the onyx base is very good also.  She is full of movement and drama and would make a great addition to any Vienna bronze collection or Art Deco statue collection.

She is unsigned but there is the mark: 498/105 Austria to the bottom of her foot.
