Well, if there was ever a Lorenzl to steal the show, this is it! Diana the Huntress is a very rare and beautiful scupture by the master Josef Lorenzl.  She measures 45 cms tall and is mounted on a lovely green marlbe base.  She retains her disc nut fixings to the base- a hallmark of a very good Viennese foundry. 

She is patinated with a chestnut brown patina and has such grace and movement- it is easy to understand why this particular model was chosen for the front cover of Bryan Catley's Art Deco and other figures book.
