Wow! the photos will never do this amazing figure justice.  The quality and construction is superb and much more detailed than the photos show.  As soon as I saw this figure, I knew I had to have it.

He is made from bronze and silvered bronze.  The skis are very well detailed and he make a great figure.  He would look at home in a typical Art Deco setting or even a modern minimalist scheme.

Skiers like this rarely come on the market.  He is from the 1920s and marked with  a 'Z', which I believe to be Zetor- a contemporary of the Hagenauer workshops equal in design and quality.
