How many of these do you see? Art Nouveau was born in France and this is where this example originates from.  It has all the sinuous lines and shape of the Art Nouveau period.  It is spelter with a lovely aged green patina, the dial is a lovey aged ivory colour.  This is a rare piece and would make a beautiful accessory to an Arts & Crafts or Art Nouveau home.

Condition: Very good original  - some age related wear to be expected.
