The work of S. Lipchytz is represented in Bryan Catley's Art Deco figures book where he writes of the skill of the sculptor- and he's right.  This bronze has beautiful detailing and proportions.  Lipchytz was Russian but exhibited in France.  I believe this figure is called 'Russian Dancer'. 

She is mounted on a lovely Sienna marble base and is beautifully patinated.
