This is a very rare piece of Austrian crackle glaze.  It is modelled as an Artichoke picker.  it is highly stylised and beautiful as you would expect from Vienna.

She measures approx : 37 cms tall

Condition: Excellent, just two very tiny glaze chips 1-2 mm.

She is glazed with a yellow and blue toned glaze with a crackle effect.  This technique was pioneered I believe by Walter Bosse and the design is very like Hagenauer figures and Goldscheider pieces.  However she is unmarked, but nontheless a very desirable piece.
