A stunning  and rare Art Nouveau / Art Deco Bronze from Fernand Ouline Carrere.  He exhibited his famous sword or dagger dancer at the Paris Salon in 1919 and this example dates from 1912, where I believe this was his 1912 exhibition piece.

This figure is far less common than his sword/dagger dancer and has incredible detailing to her hair and fingernails etc.  In my opinion this model is much finer, and has all the attributes of  later Art Deco statues.

She has the most wonderful gilt bronze patination which is in very good condition.  NOTE - THIS IS NOT A POLISHED BRONZE FINISH BUT THE ORIGINAL GILT ELECTROPLATE FINISH

She is mounted on a very very high quality natural marble base and and is fully signed to the socle.  The hoop is detachable.  She is just a stunning bronze and a rarity.  She must be seen to be appreciated.  Email for more photos
