A fantastic Art Deco / Futurist mask.  It combines elements of tribal masks with the angular style of the machine age.  It is probably German, although it resembles Dinanderie works of France from the same period.  I believe that this piece coincides with the publication of an illustrated book on tribal artifacts in Germany in the 1920's 

 

The quality of work is excellent and I think it is copper with a very good bronze patination.  This looks fantastic and would look lovely in a box frame or dramatically lit. There is a bar to the reverse of the mask allowing to be hung to a wall.
