I just fell in love with this the instant I saw it and thought this is the perfect accessory for a Kitchen, bathroom or by the telephone!!

I am not sure of the age of this piece, but i estimate it to be late 20th C. This is stunning quality and it has a lot of presence.  I have never seen one before and I doubt I will ever see another. 

Even if you never use the timer ( I think it has a 30 minute time) it still makes for a great interior statement.
