This is a very rare figure and testament to the skills used by the artisans of the Art Deco period.  This dancer is expertle modelled by Franz Iffland circa 1925 and was no doubt modelled on the popular dance - the captured bird by Niddy Impekoven. 

This bronze was probably cast in Berlin and Iffland must have been influenced by the cabaret dancers of Berlin's night life!

Condition : Very good- there is a foil sticker to the underside - possibly a retailer's sticker or foundry sticker.
