Who needs words when figures are this good? This is a stunning figure and it shows just how skilled the ivory carvers were in the 1920s and 30s. 

This lady has a very Art Deco and Egyptian look with bobbed hair and arm beads.  No wonder these pieces command consistently high prices, they are miniature works of art.

She is mounted on a green onyx base and she just screams quality.  She is unsigned but she is one of the best ivory figures I have ever seen.  Small is certainly beautiful.  When will you see another at this price?

Condition: a very light surface crack  (not deep) to the leg area, great condition and colour.  Base is free from chips.
